Chicken tikka kebab | with and without oven | step by step pictures and videos



chicken tikka kebab - I tried this chicken recipe last time when i was in denmark and after a very long time im making this recipe now.My hubbys favourite recipe. I made with chapathi we really love to eat with chapathi or phulka. This recipe is very apt for winter season with lot of spicy and juicy meat chicken tikka kebab. I showed below  how to cook with and without oven. If u have that skewers then its very easy. Don't try with bone chicken. Try this juicy meat kebab at your kitchen and share your results

Ingredients:

chicken breast - 3
Capsicum - 1
Onion - 1
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2
Salt
Oil - 1 tbsp
Skewers stick - 8

Instructions:

Cut chicken,capsicum,onion into medium cube size and transfer to the marination bowl


Add 2 tbsp yogurt,chilly powder,ginger powder,garlic powder,salt,lemon juice,oil


Mix well,marinate this about 2 hours


Take a skewers,soak in a water for 10 mins


Preheat the oven for 230 deg about 10 mins,Now arrange the skewers,chicken,capsicum and onion,repeat the process


Place it in a baking tray


Bake it for about 10 mins on one side 
Meanwhile,for stove top kebab place a pan add some oil,Place the skewers on the pan,let it cook for 5 mins in a medium flame on one side


Flip often to avoid burn,again cook it for another 10 mins in a medium flame


Now stove top chicken tikka kebab is ready to serve


For oven kebab,after 10 mins,take out from the oven,flip it to the other side,Again let it bake it for another 15 mins at 230 deg
After 15 mins oven tikka kebab is ready to serve
